- kibbeh wheat500 g
- Ground beef1 kg
- Diced Mozzarella300 g
- Seasonings you like beaten in the blender (onion, garlic, pepper, it's to taste.) And plenty of finely chopped mint (don't hit the blender)
- Way of doing. I leave the kibbeh to soak in warm water (I put it in a bowl and the water is a finger above the wheat)
- After it has absorbed all the water and cooled, I mix the meat and seasonings and knead well, (this is the secret of not falling apart,) Then just model, and fill with the cubed mozzarella.
