  1. Gather the ingredients to make the famous Korean hot dog, the one half with sausage and half mozzarella, also called dogkebi;
  2. To prepare the hot dog sticks, remove the ends with scissors for greater security. Right away, leave them immersed in water for 8- 10 minutes
