- Ready Seasoning Powder to taste
- Soybean oil to taste
- Brown the onion in oil, add the seasonings and the leaves and stalks. Saute and reserve.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs well and mix in the flour. Add the sautéed vegetables and finally the yeast, mixing lightly.
- Fry the dumplings by spoonfuls in hot oil. Drain on absorbent paper.
