- Lemon Juice1/2 cup
- Wheat Flour2 cup
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- condensed milk1/2 can(s)
- Lemon2 unit(s)
- Lemon zest to taste
- Beat the eggs, oil, lemon juice, sugar and milk in a blender.
- Transfer this mixture to a bowl and add the wheat flour.
- Then add the baking soda and stir delicately.
- Place on a greased baking tray and bake at 180°C for 35 minutes.
- For the syrup, mix the condensed milk with the juice of the 2 lemons. It will be like a very thick mousse.
- After the baked cake, just uninform, put the syrup on top, decorate with the lemon zest and serve.
