- Pasta: 3 eggs. | 120ml of oil. | 240 ml of milk | 1 cup of sugar. | 2 cups of wheat flour. | 1 sachet of Lemon Jelly. | 1 tablespoon(s) baking powder1 g
- Stuffing: 1 cx. condensed milk. | 1/2 box of sour cream. | juice of 1 large lemon1 g
- In the blender place all the ingredients of the dough except the baking powder. Beat everything for 4 min. Finally, add the baking powder and beat for another 1 min.
- Unite the shape only with very cold butter, put the dough and take it to the oven preheated to 180° for 30 to 40 min. depending on your oven. Ps: The size of the mold I used is 24.5 cm
- Stuffing: In a bowl, place the condensed milk, the cream and the lemon juice and stir until consistent. If you prefer, put everything in the blender and hit for 2 min. Place on top of the cake and finish with lemon zest
