- Wheat flour1.5 cup
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Salt1/2 teaspoon
- Zest of 1 lemon1 unit(s)
- Butter1 cup
- Sugar1 cup
- Vanilla essence1 teaspoon
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Natural yogurt1 cup
- Blueberry / Blueberries150 g
- In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt and lemon zest. Reserve.
- In a stand mixer, beat the butter and sugar until pale and fluffy.
- Add the vanilla essence and eggs. Hit more.
- Add the yogurt and beat more. Add the flour mixture and mix with a spatula. Add the blueberries and just incorporate into the dough.
- Pour the mixture into a greased and floured shape and take it to the oven, preheated, for about 40 minutes.
