- In a blender, beat the eggs, sugar and oil. Pour into a container and add the flour. Beat a lot until you mix well (I don't have a mixer, so I beat it by hand). Then add the gelatin diluted in 3 tablespoons of hot water, added to half the lemon juice. Mix well again and finally add the yeast, giving a light stir. Pour in greased shape and take it to a preheated oven at medium temperature. Bake for approximately 35 minutes or until golden. While the cake cools, beat the condensed milk, the cream and the rest of the lemon juice in the blender. Pour over the cake and decorate with lemon zest.
