- Lemons4 pint
- Water300 ml
- In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil for 2 minutes.
- Then add the lemons cut in the shape of a cross, the rosemary and the cloves.
- Let it boil for 3 minutes, turn off and leave covered for 5 minutes and you can serve
- If desired, add lemon zest to taste.
