- Bran or oat flour200 g
- Lentil1 kg
- Red onion200 g
- Chopped parsley2 cup
- Mint2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Ground pepper1 teaspoon
- Breadcrumbs50 g
- Soak the lentils for at least 2 hours.
- Cook and drain the lentils. Season the lentils with salt, black pepper, finely chopped onion, parsley and chopped mint.
- Add the oat bran and knead well until it becomes a firm and homogeneous mass.
- Form the hamburgers, pass in breadcrumbs and grill with a little oil.
