- Heat the milk until lukewarm, add 6 tablespoons of sugar, salt and 3 tablespoons of oil and mix well.
- Add the eggs and mix again and add the yeast. let it rest for about 10 minutes.
- Add the flour until it is ready to knead, knead for 10 to 15 minutes, for the dough to gain elasticity and become soft, reserve the dough to rise until it doubles in volume.
- Open the dough into 15 parts with the help of a rolling pin, place a banana in each dough and roll it up.
- Fry in hot oil and then roll in cinnamon sugar.
