  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Almond flour2 tablespoon
  • Golden flaxseed flour2 tablespoon
  • Oat flour2 tablespoon
  • Psyllium2 tablespoon
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese2 tablespoon
  • Salt and Seasoning to taste
  1. Mix all the ingredients until you get a nice and homogeneous mass.
  2. Open a rectangular shape greased with coconut oil using wet fingers to help and sprinkle Parmesan on top.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 20 minutes or until golden and firmer.
