- Almond flour2 tablespoon
- Golden flaxseed flour2 tablespoon
- Oat flour2 tablespoon
- Psyllium2 tablespoon
- Grated Parmesan Cheese2 tablespoon
- Salt and Seasoning to taste
- Mix all the ingredients until you get a nice and homogeneous mass.
- Open a rectangular shape greased with coconut oil using wet fingers to help and sprinkle Parmesan on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 20 minutes or until golden and firmer.
