Numa frigideira (não precisa ser antiaderente) esquente em fogo baixo a tortilha até ela começar a ficar um pouco doradinha. 

In a skillet (no need to be non-stick) heat the tortilla over low heat until it starts to get a little golden.

Depois, coloque o queijo cortado igualmente em 4 fatias sobre um dos lados da tortilha. Jogue por cima um pouco de maionese de pimenta, isso realça o sabor do queijo e da aquele aspecto picante, mas cuidado com o exagero. 

Then place the cheese cut evenly into 4 slices on one side of the tortilla. Sprinkle a little pepper mayonnaise on top, this enhances the flavor of the cheese and gives it that spicy look, but beware of overdoing it.

Coloque a azeitona cortada em partes iguais e o picles na mesma parte da tortilha e após isso a feche.

Place the olive cut in equal parts and the pickle in the same part of the tortilla and after that close it.

Vá virando a tortilha alternando entre os lados para que ela possa derreter o queijo. Cuidado para não queimar o lado externo, isso afeta o sabor.

Turn the tortilla, alternating between sides, so it can melt the cheese. Be careful not to burn the outside, it affects the taste.

Após o queijo derreter, corte a tortilha no meio com cuidado para não amassar nada internamente e está pronto 😁



Obs: Caso queira accionar mais ingredientes como tomates, cebola roxa ou afins fica muito bom, mas cuidado com os exageros. Quanto mais ingredientes você coloca menos você pode sentir o sabor de cada um.

After the cheese has melted, cut the tortilla in half, being careful not to knead anything inside and it's ready 😁



Note: If you want to activate more ingredients such as tomatoes, red onions or the like, it is very good, but be careful with exaggeration. The more ingredients you put in the less you can taste each one.
