- Reduce the butter + lemon juice, and set aside
- Beat the eggs with sugar, add the sifted flour, lemon zest and mix.
- Add the lemon butter, mix and finally the yeast. Grease the molds with coconut oil or butter and add a spoonful of the batter.
- Bake at 190° for about 10 minutes.
