- Wheat flour155 g
- Melted butter170 g
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Chemical Yeast7 g
- Frozen Raspberry200 g
- Sugar2 tablespoon
- To make the syrup, place the sugar and raspberry in a small saucepan and cook over low heat for about 25 minutes. Pass through a sieve and reserve.
- Preheat the oven to 180°. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, vanilla and zest. Add the melted butter, mix well and add the flour and yeast.
- Grease and flour the Madeleine mold. With the help of a pastry bag, place the dough in the center of each hole in the form. Fills about 2/3 of the space. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes or until golden around the edges.
