- 👆 Vegetable oil enough for frying Sugar and cinnamon for sprinkling Milk jam 👆 Preparation mode 1 – In a pan, melt the butter with the water, salt, vanilla and sugar. 2 – When it starts to boil and the butter is completely melted, add the flour all at once and stir well until it comes off the pan. Then turn off the heat, add the egg and mix well. 3 – Place the dough in a pastry bag fitted with a large pitanga nozzle. Heat a large pan with oil. Once heated, shape into small 10 cm long churros (use scissors or a knife to cut. When the churros are golden, remove them from the frying and place them on a plate covered with paper towels.
