- Oat bran1 cup
- Oat flour2 cup
- Brown Sugar1/2 cup
- Water1/4 cup
- Coconut oil4 tablespoon
- Vanilla Extract1 teaspoon
- Baking soda1/2 teaspoon
- Stuffing to taste: walnuts, chestnuts, chocolate chips70 g
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well with your hands until you form a uniform mass. Separate into balls (+- 30g) and flatten well to form cookies. Place on a greased baking sheet or lined with parchment paper. Bake until golden brown. Time varies greatly from oven to oven. Wait for it to cool down. Help yourself!
