- Wheat Flour2.1/2 cup
- Milk1 cup
- Sugar2 cup
- Butter3 tablespoon
- Cinnamon1 tablespoon
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon

- Place the sugar and butter in a mixer and beat until creamy. Gradually add the eggs, one at a time, beat a little more to incorporate well.
- Gradually add the wheat flour alternating with the milk, until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Put the cinnamon powder and beat some more. Finally put the baking powder and mix gently with a spatula.
- Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 30 to 35 minutes or until the cake is set. Let cool to unmold. You can also sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on the cake before serving.
