- Cooked rice2 cup
- Green smell (parsley and chives)2 tablespoon
- Wheat flour2 tablespoon
- Egg2 unit(s)
- Grated Parmesan2 tablespoon
- Mozzarella150 g
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Oil1/2 l
- Place 2 cups of cooked rice in a blender. Hit the pulse function until half the grains break. The idea is not to turn into a porridge, but just to break a little.
- Place in a bowl and mix the eggs, parmesan, flour, parsley, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
- Cut the mozzarella cheese into cubes (approximately 1cm x 1cm). Grease your hands with a little oil. Take the rice ball dough with the help of a tablespoon, open it in your hand and fill in the center with a cube of mozzarella.
- Mold into balls, squeezing well with your hands and then rolling. Reserve. Do this with all the dough.
- Heat the oil in a pan and place the dumplings one by one. Fry until golden and rest on a paper towel to dry.
