- Oil for frying1 to taste

- Cottage cheese1 cup
- In a large pan, heat the oil, sauté the onion and garlic until golden, add the meat and let it cook well, add the broth, the green smell, the water and let it boil, adjust the salt
- Add the flour all at once and stir quickly.
- Take it to a bench and let it cool. Open in disc format and put the curd (not too much) now shape them
- Heat oil, dip the croquettes in beaten eggs and then bake them in wheat flour and fry them.
