- Mix 500g of wheat flour well with all the other dry ingredients (reserve the rest of the flour) Warm the water with the oil and gradually mix into the dry mixture. Gradually add flour and knead the dough well. Let it rest for 10 minutes and form balls and let rise again for 15 minutes. Use the cold stuffing, bake at an average temperature of 200° Don't forget to brush yolk before going in the oven. In my stuffing I use braised meat, but it can be to taste.
