- Wheat flour1 kg

- Raw ground beef800 g
- Salt to taste
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Fruit lemon juice2 unit(s)

- 😋 MASS:
- Place the yeast, sugar and salt in a bowl. Mix very well with a spoon until the yeast dissolves.
- Warm milk and margarine, mixing well. Add the flour little by little, always mixing.
- Place the dough on a floured surface and knead until it has bubbles at the end, due to the dough in balls and let it rise for 30 to 40 minutes.
- 🤤 FILLING:
- Mix all the stuffing ingredients. Leave the stuffing inside a sieve for 30 minutes to drain the excess liquid.
- Open the balls with a rolling pin, place the stuffing mixture and a spoon and close in the shape of a triangle.
- Place in greased and floured form and wait for it to rise. When doubled in volume, brush with egg yolk mixed with oil and put in the oven to bake.
