- Corn Flake1/2 cup
- Butter1 coffee spoon
- Cottage cheese2 tablespoon
- Water5 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Hydrate the flakes with water, add the salt and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Grease a small container with butter (microwave-safe container).
- Once the 10 minutes have passed, add half of the hydrated floc to the container.
- Add the curd and cover with the rest of the flakes.
- Microwave for 2 minutes and unmold. Ready!
