- Wheat flour2 cup
- Milk100 ml
- Oil2 tablespoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Sugar1 teaspoon
- Baking powder1 teaspoon
- In a bowl mix all the ingredients, being the yeast last.
- Grease the glass microwave plate with margarine. Spread the dough well.
- Microwave for 4 minutes.
- Remove from the microwave, cover with tomato sauce (homemade or ready), put slices of mozzarella, thinly sliced pepperoni sausage, hard-boiled eggs and oregano to taste.
- Microwave for another 3 minutes.
