- 50 g of unsalted magarine50 g

- 500 ml of water or to the point500 ml
- In a large bowl, whisk together the lite powder, flour, sugar (set aside 3 tbsp) and salt.
- Make a hole in the middle, add the egg, margarine, yeast in 3 tablespoons of sugar and mix well.
- Add the water little by little until you get a uniform dough and you can knead it.
- Knead the dough very well and form rolls with the dough.
- Cut the rolls into pieces of 4 fingers each, forming the tube.
- Place the tube in a greased shape and let it rise for 20 minutes.
- Bake in a preheated oven until lightly golden.
- Don't let it blush too much, if it doesn't get too heavy.
- Remove from oven, let cool and serve.
