  1. In a very spacious bowl, place the flour and salt, mixing these two very well with a wooden spoon.
  2. In a kettle or pot that can be boiled, place the milk, oil, milk and leave this mixture on the fire until it boils (keep an eye on it because it can spill).
  3. As soon as the mixture comes to a boil, slowly pour this mixture into the bowl with the sprinkle and salt and mix with the wooden spoon. Always mixing so that at the same time that the ingredients melt, the dough also cools a little.
  4. When you realize that you can move the dough with your hands (it needs to be as hot as possible), on a plate, break the whole eggs and put the eggs in the bowl and knead (pounding) everything with your hands. The dough needs to be hot so that your cheese breads don't smell like eggs.
  5. And as soon as this mixture is very homogeneous (the dough will still be warm), start putting the grated cheese little by little and continue kneading the dough and putting it until everything is mixed. Now you can put the curds to give that extra taste of country cheese and mix a lot. The dough will be very smooth and fluffy.
  6. Take a tablespoon to get some of the dough and make a ball. If the dough sticks a little to your hand, that's the point. So to make each of the balls faster and without so much dough sticking to your hand, grease each ball with a little oil.
  7. With the oven preheated to 250 degrees, place the form to bake with the cheese bread balls for about 25 to 30 minutes and from then on you can conduct the oven time as you want the cheese breads more or less baked. .
