- Salt ammonia1 tablespoon
- Warm whole milk240 ml
- White wheat flour1 kg
- Whole egg and cinnamon (for brushing)1 unit(s)
- Beat the eggs with the sugar and butter. Reserve.
- Dissolve the yeast in half of the warm milk. Add to the previous mixture and mix well.
- Dissolve the ammonia in the rest of the warm milk. Add to the previous mixture and mix well.
- Add the flour and knead with your hands until the point of rolling (when the dough does not stick to the hands and allows it to be molded easily).
- Roll the donuts into the desired shape. Brush with beaten egg and cinnamon and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes or until cooked through.
