- Heat a pan with oil, put the garlic to brown
- Add the ground beef and wick, add the beef broth and sauté for 10 minutes.
- Add the mixed seasoning, the grated onion and tomato paste. Let it cook for 10 minutes and turn off.
- On a clean and dry surface, open the dough and fill with small amounts of meat, close the dough with the help of a fork.
- In a deep frying pan, heat the oil and start frying the pastries, place them on a paper towel to drain the fat.
