- Warm milk (more for hot)01 cup
- Grated cured cheese03 cup
- Margarine01 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Eggs04 unit(s)
- Warm the milk, oil and margarine together. Hydrate the sweet sprinkle. Allow to cool (so you don't cook the eggs when you add them)
- Add all the grated cheese, knead and add the eggs. Knead well with your hands. The dough point is a smooth dough, looking like a modeling clay. Roll up the cookies. The oven has to be very hot to receive the cookies. It's ready when it's golden. Can freeze for up to 3 months.
