- Oat flour1 cup
- Grated Parmesan Cheese0.5 cup
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Milk0.5 cup
- Shredded Chicken to taste
- cherry tomato to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Chemical Yeast1 teaspoon
- Olive oil1 teaspoon
- In a bowl, mix the oatmeal, parmesan cheese, milk, egg and finally the yeast.
- Mix until it forms a consistent dough.
- Separate a portion equivalent to a tablespoon and shape into discs
- Grease a pan with olive oil and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 5 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, add the shredded chicken, cherry tomatoes and oregano.
- Put it in the oven again for 10 min at 180°C
