- Cottage cheese300 g
- Add the wheat for kibbeh to hot water in a basin and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Drain the water very well, with the help of a cloth, press it well until it is almost dry (as much as possible)
- Now mix all the ingredients all very well cut, if possible pass them all in the multi-processor.
- After everything is well mixed, a beautiful homogeneous mass, make balls and in the middle put the curd in not very small amounts now just give the shape to the kibbeh.
- Now you can fry in hot oil, put in the airfryer for about 15 minutes.
