Oat bran3 tablespoon
Egg1 unit(s)
Milk1 tablespoon
Vanilla Essence to taste
Banana1 unit(s)
Shake or whey chocolate flavor2 tablespoon
Shake or whey vanilla flavor1 tablespoon

Mix the egg, the oat bran, the milk, the vanilla flavor shake and the vanilla essence to form the pancake dough, finish with the yeast
Dip the banana in the dough and take it to a non-stick skillet forming small discs! Remove when browned on both sides
Finish with the chocolate shake mixed with a little water or milk until the desired point and serve
