- Ground beef400 g
- Tomato sauce1 cup
- Season1 unit(s)
- Oil1 tablespoon
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Chopped Olives2 tablespoon
- Salt1 to taste
- Put the oil in a pan and heat over high heat. Add the ground meat and sauté until the liquid formed dries up. Add the olives, tomato pulp, seasoning, salt, and mix.
- Take it off the fire let it cool
- Cut the pastry dough and roll it out until it is thin.
- Put the ground beef sauce and fold the dough
- Close the edges with a fork and place to fry.
- Remove excess oil on paper towels and serve.
