- In a medium bowl place the warm milk, eggs, sugar, yeast, oil and butter and mix well. Add salt and add flour little by little, until you get a homogeneous dough that doesn't stick to your hands. Knead the dough slightly inside the bowl, it is not necessary to knead on the countertop. Cover the bowl with a cloth or plastic wrap and let it rise indoors for approximately 40 minutes or until it doubles in size. Place the dough on the bench, divide into 12 equal balls, cover with a cloth. Take a piece of the dough and make long rolls and flatten the dough, it should be thin as it will still rise in the oven. If you want, you can use a rolling pin. Place the sausage on the end of the dough and roll it without overlapping the dough so that it is thin and proportional. Repeat the process until all the dough is used. Cut each roll of dough into 4 or 5 parts and place in a greased shape. Beat the yolk and add a little water to dilute it. Brush each roll with egg yolk and bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 20 to 30 minutes or until the surface is golden.
