- Sugar4 tablespoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Grated Parmesan Cheese100 g
- Milk1/2 cup

- Margarine or butter4 tablespoon
- In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients, then the wet ones, mixing everything until it forms a dough that doesn't stick to the hand.
- Last shape with margarine and wheat, make balls of the size you prefer, separate one from the others as it will grow.
- Put a whole egg and brush over the balls to brown.
- Bake at 180 degrees depending on your oven for 30 minutes, or until you notice that I give the top and bottom.
- It's not that soft bread, but it's delicious.
