- Grease a form with butter and flour. Pre heat the oven to 180°
- In a blender, beat the carrots, sugar, oil and eggs.
- Add the flour and liquid from the blender and finally the yeast. Put it in the mold and separate some of the dough
- With the mass that separated add the chocolate and mix well. Join with what is already in the shape to merge.
- Bake for approximately 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
