- 1 cup (tea) of sugar1 cup
- half cup (tea) of butter1/5 cup
- 3 eggs3 unit(s)
- 1 and a half cup (tea) of wheat flour2 cup
- 1 cup (tea) of milky flour with oatmeal1 cup
- 1 cup (tea) of warm liquid full milk1 cup
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder1 tablespoon
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda1 teaspoon
- 1 pinch of salt1 to taste
- half cup (tea) of chocolate powder1/5 cup
- 1. In a mixer, beat the butter with the sugar and the eggs until you get a fluffy cream. Add the wheat flour, milky oat flour, milk, baking powder, bicarbonate and salt. Mix well. Divide the dough into two equal parts and, in one of them, add the chocolate powder. Portion the two interspersed masses into paper cups (nº0). Bake in a preheated medium-high oven (200°C) for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the dough comes out clean. Remove from oven and serve.
- 2. To bake the muffins, place the paper pans inside the pie pans.
