- Milk500 ml
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Sugar1 teaspoon
- In a medium saucepan, bring the milk to a boil (when it is hot, it does not need to be boiling), the margarine, salt and sugar.
- Stir a little to dissolve the sugar and margarine.
- When you feel that the milk is boiling, add al Gradually add the wheat flour without stopping to stir so it doesn't clump and the wheat gets raw
- When you feel the dough thickening, add wheat and stir well to cook the dough.
- Go on and on until the dough comes off the bottom of the pan and turns into a ball in the center of the pan
- If the dough gets soft, add a little more wheat and keep stirring even with the fire off.
- With the dough already cold, sprinkle wheat on a surface and with the pastel roll open the dough,
- Cut the dough open with a circular object the size you want. Ex: cup, fiber stick, roll for pastel, etc.
