- raisins1 cup
- chopped cashew nuts1 cup
- In a frying pan with olive oil, fry the onion, garlic, add the almonds and sauté, then add the raisins and apricot
- In a refractory, dissolve the vegetable broth in boiling water and add a spoonful of butter, put all the couscous in this water, cover and let it rest for 5 minutes so that the couscous absorbs all the water
- Add the almond mixture to the couscous and mix well, adjusting the salt and pepper to taste.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
