- Ripe Palmer Mango (between 200 - 250g)1 unit(s)
- Passion Fruit (100-150g per unit)2 unit(s)
- Crystal sugar1 cup

- Peel the mango, remove the seed and cut the pulp into medium pieces. Transfer the chopped mango to the food processor and blend quickly, without the puree being very well crushed, leaving a few pieces of mango. Put in a pan.
- Add the passion fruit pulp and add the sugar and water and let it cook on low heat for about 25 minutes, until it thickens, stirring occasionally so it doesn't stick to the bottom and sides of the pan.
- With a ladle, transfer the jelly while still warm to sterilized glass jars, leaving about 2 cm until the lid is free. Close the jars with the hot jam to form a vacuum.
- You can make this recipe with honey, a culinary sweetener or even without sugar. Sugar gives the jam a little more consistency, but without it we have a healthier option.
