- Whole milk1 l
- Natural yogurt165 g
- Heat the milk but not too hot and not too cold, when it starts to form little balls.
- Turn off the fire and let it cool, the point is when you can put your hand in the mug
- When it reaches that temperature, mix the yogurt pot and stir well.
- Cover with cling film, tightly closed and with a cloth, store in the oven, but the oven off, leave for at least 12 hours
- Then just taste it as you like with honey or granola
