- Natural yogurt at room temperature170 ml
- Demerara sugar01 cup
- Wheat01 cup
- Oat flakes01 cup
- Baking powder01 tablespoon
- Bicarbonate01 g
- Milk1/2 cup
- Dulce de leche01 cup
- Beat the sugar and the butter, until it forms a very homogeneous cream. Add the eggs one by one, the yogurt, stir slowly. Add the already mixed flours, with the baking powder and bicarbonate, the crushed walnuts. Finally, add the milk and stir gently without beating.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease a loaf pan with butter and sprinkle with wheat flour and set aside.
- Place in a 25x11 loaf pan, (or another one of your preference) greased and floured, take it to the preheated oven for 35 minutes or until the cake passes the toothpick test.
- Wait for it to cool completely to put a layer of dulce de leche the way you prefer and decorate with nuts and flowers..
