- Vegan Protein Powder (flavor of your choice)40 g
- Granola60 g
- Peanut Butter40 g
- Water65 ml
- Cane molasses5 g
- Dark chocolate15 g
- Mix all the ingredients (except the chocolate) until it becomes a moldable dough, make the bars (3 units) with an average of 75g each, take it to the fridge to harden a little.
- Now melt half of the chocolate in the microwave (go on for a few seconds) when this part to melt mix the rest (chopped) and stir well so that it melts completely (this would be a homemade tempering process so the chocolate doesn't melt easily afterwards). Go placing the chocolate over the bars and return to the fridge to harden.
- They last for 7 days in the fridge and up to 8 hours out of the oven (just be careful with the chocolate as it can melt before of that time, a solution would be to chop the chocolate and put it in the dough instead of melting it and putting it on top), just wrap a parchment paper, aluminum or store in a tightly closed container.
