- Sugar1/2 cup
- Water11/2 cup
- Sunflower oil1/2 cup
- Oat flakes11/2 cup
- Wheat flour4 cup
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Mix all ingredients in refractory. Add the water, oil, salt, oat flakes and wheat flour and then the yeast.
- Knead well until the dough doesn't stick to your hands. Let it rest in a bowl for 45 min.
- Then make buns and place in greased shape and let rise for 30 min.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 to 25 min.
