- FIT OAT PANCAKE WITH CHICKEN 😋.If you liked it, leave a ❤️A great option for dinner or even for the weekends... besides being nutritious, it's super easy and quick to prepare... check out the recipe 👇INGREDIENTS: 2 eggs salt to taste 1 spoon (sp) chia or linseed seeds 1/4 cup - 25g - oat flour or bran FILLING: 3 spoons (sp) olive oil 2 spoons (sp) chopped onion 150g cooked and shredded chicken salt and pepper to taste 2 spoons (sp) chopped tomato 3 spoons (sp) tomato sauce chives to taste0 to taste
- PREPARATION: In a bowl beat the eggs with the salt for approx. 5 minutes. put the chia and then add the oat flour, mix well. Unite a skillet with olive oil and pour half the dough. Make moves spreading the dough across the bottom of the skillet. Then turn to brown the other side. After the stuffing is prepared, just stuff the pancakes. Serve then still hot. STORE: in the fridge for up to 3 days FREEZE: for up to 30 days RENDER: 2 large pancakes
