- Water250 g
- Sugar10 g
- Olive oil to taste
- Fresh yeast15 g
- Wheat flour470 g
- Salt1 teaspoon
- In a container, place the water, sugar, oil, yeast and heat for 2.3 minutes. Add the flour, salt and knead.
- Remove the dough and let it rise for 30 minutes or until it doubles in volume. Divide the dough into two equal parts and on a floured surface roll out the dough giving it an oval shape.
- Place a container of water in the oven at the bottom and preheat to 200 degrees.
- On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, place the dough in an oval shape and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
- With the fork chop the dough and brush with plenty of oil.
- Bake for 15 minutes
