- Green smell to taste
- Mozzarella30 g
- Beat the egg and white with a fork. Season with salt and green smell. Reserve.
- Heat a skillet greased with olive oil and put half the mozzarella.
- Let it go golden and pour the egg over it. Cover and leave until signed.
