- Coffee for brushing5 ml
- Water100 ml
- Onion cream15 g
- Make a sponge with 30ml of water, ⁴0g of white wheat flour, 50g of wholemeal flour and yeast. Mix the dry in a container excluding only the salt.
- Add the oil, egg and sponge. Add water little by little until it releases from your hands, adding the rest of the ingredients. Lastly, add the salt.
- Knead the dough for 10 to 15 minutes. Debt into portions of the desired size and bowl. Reserve until doubled in volume. Before baking, brush the egg yolk and coffee and add the sesame on top. Bake at 180 degrees until golden.
