- Cumin or seasoning to taste1/2 to taste

- In the blender, beat onion, egg, oil, milk, cumin or seasoning to taste, beat well for approximately 3 minutes and put this mixture in a bowl and put the yeast, mix the flour gradually until the dough comes off your hands.
- Knead the dough well until it is very soft and after kneading well let it rest for approximately 30 minutes.
- After the first rest, add the salt and shape the bread as you wish and brush with 1 egg. Let it rest for another 30 minutes and bake for 25 minutes.
