- Wheat flour500 g
- Butter at room temperature300 g
- Packet of Onion Soup/Cream Powder (usually between 60 and 68g, use the whole package)1 unit(s)
- Mix all ingredients very well. The dough will be a little dry, that's how it is, just enough to form the cookies.
- Shape the biscuit and place it in a form, without grease.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30 to 35 minutes, until they start to turn golden.
- OBS.1: You can make cheese too, it's the same recipe, and instead of the onion soup/cream, it's cheese. If desired, add rosemary or oregano.
- OBS.2: If you find too much, you can make half, just reduce the amounts of ingredients. I do it this way because they end up fast here at home.
